All output must be reviewed and approved by a qualified professional before being relied upon or filed. We are not a Chartered Accountancy firm and nothing in the service constitutes professional advice.
4. Your Data
You retain all rights to the files you upload. Our use of your data is described in the Privacy Policy and, for customers, the Data Processing Agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability

Data Processing Agreement
Between the Data Controller and the Data Processor
This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the service agreement between [Client Name] (the "Data Controller") and [Your Company Name] (the "Data Processor").

Master Service Agreement
